We will begin the evening with a Cacao Ceremony which will include a beverage made with hawthorn tea and mushroom infused cacao.

The heart healing medicine of Hawthorn and the heart opening medicine of cacao integrate during a powerful ceremony to support you in establishing (or re-establishing) a deeper connection with yourself.

The heart and the circulatory system need fiery plants, like Mars-ruled Hawthorn Berry and cayenne, to help heal the broken or disconnected heart and help you move through life in a more heart-centered way. Hawthorn has long been revered for its ability to assist with physical and emotional heart healing and we will talk about the variety of ways hawthorn can be used in your daily life to support heart health.

Cacao is the ancient and ancestral grandmother of heart-opening plant medicine. The vasodilating effects of this beverage will guide you through the day (and life) with more awareness and flow. Hawthorn with Cacao are a magical combination to bring forth healing and awareness that support you in releasing what no longer serves you and embody your heart's desires. Including cacao in your beverage and in ceremony gives eyes into the desires of your heart.

During this event, Angela will prepare a delicious cacao beverage, which you can choose to drink (or not), and we will have a short ceremony, calling in the directions, our guides and the elements. After the ceremony, you will have the opportunity to move. Angela will play some music and lead you through a dancing meditation to shift energy and embody the sacred healing of the Cacao Ceremony.
