The Wild Reset Day Retreat
Step into a transformative experience designed to help you release the burdens of the past and rejuvenate your spirit. The Wild Reset Day Retreat offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a day filled with intentional practices that focus on movement, breathwork, and the healing power of sound. Participants will engage in various activities aimed at fostering a deep sense of inner peace and connection to oneself and the surrounding environment.
Activities
Throughout the day, you will engage in a carefully curated schedule of activities designed to promote holistic well-being. The day will begin with a Pre-retreat yoga grounding movement session, where you will be guided through gentle exercises aimed at releasing tension and encouraging physical awareness. Following this, our Welcoming Cacao Ceremony will support you with opening your heart for the day ahead.
