Property Clearing (In Person)

Service Description

Are you dealing with unusual activity in your home? Do the lights flicker off and on? Does the temperature change from hot to cold in certain areas of the house or when you enter a room? Does your cat or dog act strangely around closets or corners? Do you find some of your nik naks mysteriously appear in different areas of the house? It is possible that there is spiritual energy in your home. Sometimes, spirits don't cross over to the other side right away. This happens for a variety of reasons, but usually they are waiting on something or someone. Or maybe they are afraid to cross over. No matter what the reason is, I will be happy to help them find their path and cross over to the next realm. Before coming to your property, I will go into the Akashic Records for the property that you own or rent to discover if there are spirits attached to or inhabiting the property. I will also find out the original assignment of the land (is it a home, a burial ground or a sacred site) and if there are any open gateways or portalways. Depending on what I find, I may decide that it's best to bring a friend or two to the property clearing. Sometimes it's nice to have another set of eyes, so to speak, to work with the energies that are presenting themselves. During the property clearing, I / we (my friends and I) will work with the land and the buildings to clear all energies that do not belong there anymore. We will help all spirits find healing and cross over. We will set healthy boundaries for the property so you don't have to worry about spiritual energy coming into your space. (FYI...you have to set your own personal boundaries to help with that too). Property clearings typically last 2-3 hours, but could last longer depending on the circumstances and size of the property. This session starts at $300 and may differ based on the complexity of the spiritual activity and size of the property. You will have the option to ask questions at the end of the session.

For cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50%.
