What is the weather like in July?  The average day-time high is 90 and the average low is 70.

Please note it can get colder than this.

What type of clothing should I bring?

You will want a light weight jacket. Bring layers like a sweater or hoodie since mornings and evenings can be cooler – even in summer. Pack some long sleeved shirts. Summer afternoons heat up and lightweight breathable short sleeved shirts and shorts will be preferable then. Zip off pants/shorts are a great idea. Hiking boots should be broken in and more sturdy than sneakers. You may want to bring rain gear since mountain showers are the norm. Bring comfortable clothing for movement exercises and a special garment for ceremonies, such as a scarf, shawl, long skirt or dress.  Bring a cap for sun protection, some insect repellant, and sleepwear.

Bring layers as you will be spending time indoors and outdoors.

What are the rooms like?  The Ranch offers accommodations in six cozy and comfortable A-frame cabins. Each of the cabins sleeps up to three and includes a private porch, living room, bedroom and bath on the main floor, and a loft bedroom upstairs. A living room sofa opens into a double bed if needed. The cabins are a minute's walk from the lodge and sit amongst an aspen grove, facing the pond with Sheep Mountain providing a stunning backdrop. They are also a short stroll away from the open air hot-tub, unmatched for its nighttime celestial viewing.

Will I be sharing a cabin?  Yes. Each cabin is contain 1 queen and 2 twin beds.

If you prefer a private cabin, contact us for pricing.

Can I stay elsewhere and still attend the retreat?  If you want to attend the retreat, you need to stay at the ranch.  With all retreat participants staying at the same place, it keeps the group together and the energy harmonious and flowing.

What if I have special dietary needs?  B Bar is able to accommodate dietary requests.  We will ask for this information as we get closer to the retreat dates.

What will each day be like at the retreat? Amazing of course!  Each day will vary but will include meditating, connecting with nature, diving deep and so much more.  Breakfast will be served at 8am, lunch Noon and dinner at 6pm.
